In on my ongoing quest to utilize the full bottle of Calvados I have in my liquor cabinet, I developed a new bronze concoction to add to my fall drinking list.
1 ounce Templeton Rye
1 ounce Calvados
4 - 5 dashes plum bitters
orange peel for garnish
Shake vigorously in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini or coupe glass, garnish with flame lit orange peel (flame lit optional but more fun).
